Returns/Exchange policy:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days.
  • If 30 days has past since your purchase then unfortunately we may not be able to offer a exchange.
  • To be eligible for a exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it in , must be unused and returned in it's original packaging.
  • To complete a return for exchange , please enclose a note with your name , address & order number & stating your reason for return & the item you would like in it's replacement.
  • If the replacement item you choose is of higher value than the item you returned then you will be required to pay the difference before despatch of the replacement item.
  • Refunds are only offered if the item you receive is faulty , although a close inspection of all items will be carried out before despatch of any item.
  • Any returned items will be inspected on arrival & we will contact you by email to notify we have received the returned item.
  • If you are approved for a exchange , we will then contact you on despatch of the replacement item.
  • We recommend that on all items returned to us should consider using a trackable service or shipping insurance.
  • We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Depending on where you live can sometimes affect the time on how quickly the exchanged item reaches you.

Orders that are for collection only - You will need a email receipt of your order and photo I.D such as Driving license or passport.
